Welcome to Naughty 8 Balls. By downloading, installing, or using the Naughty 8 Balls application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App contains mature humor and is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
2. Description of Service
Naughty 8 Balls is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to generate humorous, satirical responses to user questions. Responses are generated for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as advice, guidance, or factual statements.
3. Content Disclaimer
The App generates content that includes mature humor, innuendo, sarcasm, and suggestive language. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:
- AI-generated responses are intended purely for comedic entertainment
- Responses do not represent the views or opinions of Naughty 8 Balls LLC
- Content may be unpredictable and is not reviewed by humans before delivery
- You use the App and share its content at your own discretion
4. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers optional premium subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) that unlock additional content and features.
- All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Redistribute or commercially exploit generated content without permission
6. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)
Use of the Naughty 8 Balls app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the App, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code associated with Naughty 8 Balls are the property of Naughty 8 Balls LLC. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal entertainment use.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Naughty 8 Balls LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI-generated content is unpredictable by nature, and we are not responsible for any offense, misunderstanding, or consequence resulting from the content generated.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
